Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you and Christopher Rosso ("we", "us") about the game Purrsuit (the "game"). By playing you accept them. If you got the game from Apple's App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple is not responsible for the game or these terms.
Playing the game
We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the game for your own entertainment. Please do not cheat, modify the game or its saves to gain an advantage, exploit bugs, or interfere with the game's servers. We may change, update or retire parts of the game, including events and seasonal content.
Fish, looks and other items
Fish, stars, looks, mastery and other in-game items are part of the game: they have no value in money, cannot be cashed out, sold or traded, and stay licensed to you, not owned. Nothing you can buy improves your score, stars or revives.
Purchases
Purchases are made through the App Store and are handled under Apple's terms, including any refund. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on a new device with Settings > Restore Purchases. Prices may change; a purchase's price is shown before you confirm it.
Ads
Ads are optional: the game shows one only when you choose to watch it for a reward. Rewards from ads are limited each day.
Your account
Signing in with Apple is optional and keeps a copy of your progress in the cloud. You can delete it at any time in Settings > Delete my data. Our privacy policy explains what is kept and why.
Things we cannot promise
The game is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running and your progress safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can stop playing and delete your data at any time. We may suspend access for someone who breaks these terms.
Changes and the law
We may update these terms; the date above will change and important changes will be shown in the game. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, except where the law of your country says otherwise.
